Material
We at Afri Medical had thoroughly planned production processes in such a way that only raw materials of the highest standard are used. The material used for production meets the bio-compatibility requirements, chemical and physical characteristics to secure the quality of our finished product.

Equipment
Our efficient manufacturing cycle is founded on modern top-of-the-line equipment and machinery that minimize human contact and ensure quality. Fault proof and automatic control production lines are used to guarantee that highest level of control is extended.

Clean rooms and Sterilization
More than 2’000 square meters clean rooms are used parenteral products production and assembly. All clean rooms complies with ISO 14644 (ISO Class 8) requirements. Building Management System (BMS) monitors and control the clean room conditions to maintain the optimum control parameters. 
In-house Ethylene Oxide Sterilization facility provides the highest confidence over the sterilization process.
